Serebrennikov Gennady Frolovich

Gennady Frolovich Serebrennikov (1923–2010) was a Ural artist and war veteran. He studied at the Sverdlovsk and Saratov Art Schools. In 1957, he enrolled at the Leningrad Mukhina Art School but was forced to leave due to family circumstances. He worked in the Art Fund workshops in Sverdlovsk. The primary themes of his work were the nature of the Ural region and his hometown of Irbit.
