Pakulin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich

Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Pakulin (1900–1951) was a Soviet landscape painter, monumentalist, and theater artist. He studied at the Baron Stieglitz Central School of Technical Drawing and VKhUTEIN. He was a member of the 'Circle of Artists' group (since 1926) and the Union of Soviet Artists (since 1932). He is known for his series of industrial landscapes and a cycle of works dedicated to besieged Leningrad. His works are held in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, and other museum collections.
