Vyacheslav Yuryevich Zhelvakov (born 1956) is a graphic artist, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, and laureate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs award. He serves as a professor and dean of the sculpture faculty at the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. He studied at the Mari Art School, the Surikov Moscow Art Institute, and the Creative Workshops of the Russian Academy of Arts. An active exhibition participant since 1975, he is the author of notable graphic series, including 'F. Dzerzhinsky,' 'Rostov the Great,' 'The Works and Days of Mikhail Lomonosov,' and 'The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the 19th Century.'
