Mustafin Gabdulla Suleymanovich

1917 — 1995
Gabdulla Suleymanovich Mustafin (1917–1995) was a Soviet artist from Bashkortostan and a member of the USSR Union of Artists. He graduated from the Ufa Art School in 1935. He worked as a trainee guide and later as the director of the Ufa Art Museum. In 1937, he participated in the All-Union Art Exhibition "Industry of Socialism" in Moscow. He was a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. After the war, he held leadership positions in the Bashkir branch of "Vsekokhudozhnik" and the Union of Artists (serving as deputy chairman in 1948). His work focused on historical and narrative paintings, depicting figures such as Ivan the Terrible, V. I. Lenin, N. Krupskaya, and V. Chapaev. His works are held in regional museums and private collections.
