Aralov Vladimir Nikolayevich

1893 — 1970
Vladimir Nikolayevich Aralov (1893–1970/1972) was a painter and a member of the Moscow Union of Artists (since 1939). He received his artistic education at the MSPSA (1908–1912) under A. E. Arkhipov and A. M. Vasnetsov. He was a member of the "Assembly" art group. His work focused on landscapes, still lifes, and genre paintings, including the series of architectural landscapes "Monuments of Moscow and the Moscow Region," which was awarded the First Prize of the RSFSR Art Fund. His works are held in the Museum of Moscow History, the Gorky Museum, and other collections.
