Rubinstein David Isaakovich

David Isaakovich Rubinstein was a painter. He graduated from the Odessa Institute of Fine Arts (1929), where he studied under T. Ya. Dvornikov, I. I. Mormone, V. Zauze, and T. B. Fraerman. He began participating in exhibitions in 1930 and became a member of the Moscow Union of Artists in 1933. He was a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. Solo exhibitions of his work were held in Moscow in 1938, 1954, and 1976. His works are held in museum collections in Moscow, Odessa, Perm, Bryansk, and Nikolaev, as well as in private collections abroad.
