Vasiliev Alexander Pavlovich

Alexander Pavlovich Vasiliev was a People's Artist of the RSFSR, a theatre designer, and a corresponding member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR. He graduated from the Moscow Art College in memory of 1905, where he studied under E. N. Yakub and S. F. Nikolaev. A master of scenography for dramatic productions, he also worked in easel painting and graphic arts. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor and various Soviet medals.
