Nemensky Boris Mikhailovich

Boris Mikhailovich Nemensky (born 1922) is a painter, People's Artist of the RSFSR, laureate of the State Prizes of the USSR and the Russian Federation, professor, and full member of the Russian Academy of Education. He studied at the Moscow Art School of 1905, the Saratov Art College, and the Surikov Moscow State Art Institute. He taught at leading pedagogical institutes and the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). He is an active participant in Russian and international exhibitions.
