Frentz Vladimir Rudolfovich

Vladimir Rudolfovich Frentz (1937–1986) was a Soviet painter and graphic artist, and a member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. He came from the Frentz family of artists. He graduated from the Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (1961) under E. E. Moiseenko. His work featured landscapes, genre paintings, and portraits inspired by the nature and people of Kamchatka, Siberia, and the Far East. His works are held in the collection of the Russian Museum and in private collections in Russia, Japan, France, Italy, and Finland.
