Yefimov Boris Yefimovich (Friedland)

Boris Yefimovich Yefimov (1900–2008) was a Soviet and Russian graphic artist, a master of political satire, Hero of Socialist Labor, and academician of the Russian Academy of Arts. He created tens of thousands of caricatures, propaganda posters, and cartoons, collaborating extensively with leading Soviet publications such as "Pravda," "Izvestia," and "Krokodil." During World War II, he was one of the founders of the "TASS Windows" studio. His artistic legacy includes satirical albums, memoirs, and studies on the history of caricature art.
