Autumn landscape

Yuri Vladimirovich Matushevsky is a painter, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1960), was a member of the art councils, a member of the bureau of the MOOSH painting section. He graduated from the Irkutsk Art College (1949) and the Leningrad Higher School of Art and Industry named after V.I. Mukhina (1955). Since 1957, he participated in regional, national, All-Union, and international exhibitions. His paintings have been sold at global auctions by Christie's and Sotheby's. Personal exhibitions were held in Poland, Luxembourg, Belgium. The artist's works are in museums, galleries and private collections in Russia, Japan, Italy, USA, England, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Sweden.
