Loshakov Oleg Nikolaevich

Oleg Nikolaevich Loshakov (born 1936) is a painter, Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1982), corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts (2002), and professor (2011). He graduated from the V. I. Surikov Moscow State Art Institute in 1960 (P. P. Sokolov-Skalya's studio). He has been a member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 1967. His works are held in the collections of the Tretyakov Gallery, various regional art museums in Russia, and in private collections abroad (Croatia, USA, Japan).
